Xiaomi; Chinese Smartphone company is launching a new
crowd-funded toy like Mi Pad in collaboration with American toy manufacturer
Hasbro that can convert into Transformer like robot.
Code-name kept as Soundwave, is totally seems like a
transformer bot but actually a tablet. On occasion of Xiaomi;s sixth
anniversary on April 6, Soundwave is being produced primarily for Xiaomi fans
in China.
Device goes for $199.99 and it runs on Windows OS that help
you to install windows software and make tablet as Laptop. Xiaomi says that the
Mi Pad is thinner than first generation one as it comes with 7.9 inch display
with 2048 x 1536 resolution, 2.24 GHz of quad-core Intel Atom processor which is
even more powerful with 2 GB RAM along with 16 and 64 GB of internal storage.
Company offers 649 hours of standby time as well as support for fast-charging
technology which comes with 6190 mAh battery. As of Camera, tablet features 5 mp
front and 8 mp rear as it comes with latest USB Type C but, it has no support
for 4G LTE or GPS.
“It is very convenient, because your way of work on tablet
will be similar to the work on computer”, says Xiaomi.
